Tynese Jones has been acting since she was twelve. She performed in "A Sign Of Judgement", written and produced by L. A. Bryant. She believed that the project would be superior from the very beginning, and joined the cast for its Broadway debut. Tynese is also a part of the Truth Urban Theater Group located on Long Island, New York. She performed in several productions, mostly landing leading roles. Tynese often performed at Nuyorican Cafe in New York City. Her most recent theater work was " A Sign Of Judgement," last December. She was cast in "To Kill a Mockingbird" at Theater 294 in Long Island. She's heading to Sanford Florida, on June 29th for the debut of "One Woman Man."
Jamal Blair is a Westbury, New York native. He got his first taste of theatre as a high school sophomore. He joined the school stage production crew, not knowing that would eventually become his calling. While staging props for a scene, Jamal was asked to audition for a character role in a production of “The Odd Couple”. He was cast in the play and taken under the wing of James Gilligan, Drama and English Teacher. As a member of the school's drama club, Jamal became involved in theatre workshops with various high schools.
Jamal attended Nassau Community College as a theatre student and continued his studies, taking both drama and writing courses. The school offered one semester of film making. Blair enrolled and soon fell in love with film. During the next few years, Jamal would write, direct and co-star in two independent feature films, as well as write and direct several shorts. Among the shows he created were “A Slip Through Time,” a time-travel story that introduces Black historical figures. Co-writer of "One Woman Man"
Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Ro McKenzie has always been a lover of the arts. At the age of four, Ro began singing and dancing with her older siblings. From elementary school until college, she was classically trained to play flute and piccolo. As a teen and young adult, she enjoyed writing poetry, skits and stage plays. In 2017, Ro opened her own graphic design business, which she continues to run. She has also authored and published two books. As an active member of a local ministry, Ro's first opportunity to act and write came through the church. The first role she landed was a lead in her church’s musical entitled “From the Pit to the Palace”. Years later, Ro wrote and directed two skits, then landed a lead role in another church musical entitled “Mrs. Carabell’s: A Family Christmas”. She was later approached by a playwright to audition for a supporting role in “The Wilsons” stage play. Ro landed the role, and completed a two-year run with that cast. She went on to audition for her first project outside of the church: the role of Keisha in Marlo Roberson and Jamal Blair’s “One Woman Man”. Ro played the role of Calpurnia in “To Kill A Mockingbird”, directed by Dr. Charles Calabrese and performed at the historic Vail-Leavitt Music Hall and Theater 294. Iris Regina Jones was born in St. Augustine, Florida. In high school, Iris entered contests and pageants, and was described as a very talented woman full of spirit. Always up for a challenge, she ran for Miss Boca Raton. She won South Florida's " Foxy Lady " Contest and was featured in Jet Magazine as "Beauty of the Week." Iris was cast in "The Gospel," a Rainforest Film produced by Will Packer and directed by Rob Hardy. She's now heading to the Ritz Theater in Sanford, to hit the stage as Vivian, mother of Keshia. You don't want to miss this amazing Actress as she brings you her, very best.

James Sharpe was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. As a child, he was inspired by Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor, and dreamed of becoming a stand-up comedian. But God saw otherwise and blessed him with a company called LT. Transportation. His business involves transporting children. James loves what he does, and it allows him to minister to the children. He shows and proves how important it is to give back to the community and have a healthy relationship with God. After 15 years of running this company, James has ministered to over 175 children through the grace of God. Currently, James works as Walking Deacon at New Destiny Church and Ministries. The children's ministry has produced several plays. They get to experience James' acting first hand. James performed in "Grandmother's Prayer" and the nominated Black film entitled "I'm here for you," produced and written by Serrena Goodman. He is expanding on his dreams as he plays Tyrone in "One Woman Man".
Long Island's own: born and raised in Westbury NY, Marlo Roberson is a writer, director and producer, as well as an entrepreneur. Co-writer of "One Women Man," creative producer of "A Slip Through Time," writer of the screen play "A Brothers Fate," leader, positive role-model and mentor are words that best describe Marlo. After heading down the wrong path, Marlo decide he wanted to make a positive change in his community. He understood the importance of leading by example. He created a place for adults and children to express themselves creatively. He opened Theater 294 in Farmingdale, Long Island. After 5 years of running the Theater, he decided to take the experience of what he learned from 294 and re-brand himself as The294experience. Blessed to have a beautiful and supportive Family and with his strong belief in God, he believes nothing is to hard to achieve with dedication and hard work.
Latasha Yancey is an aspiring actress who first stepped on to the scene when she performed in "One Woman Man". She enjoyed her role so much that she went on to perform in the stage play, "Viva Africa". Off the stage, Latasha is a nurse and business owner. In 2020 she started her own skincare and hair line called "Jahdecor". Even though she has taken a break from acting, she still finds time to tap into her creativity by writing and co-directing a web series. She’s looking forward to one day starring next to Johnny Depp. She brings you her very best as Rolanda in "One Woman Man".
Chanette Pheronda Flornoy is a Native of Jacksonville Florida, born March 1, 1980, she is a mother of one beautiful daughter Dasia. Chanette is a graduate of the prominent, William Marion Raines Senior High School. She is a Minister of Music, Director of Christian Education/Minister of Education, Independent Gospel Recording Artist, Song/Play Writer, Dance Choreographer, Actress, Business Owner, Child Care Specialist, Youth Mentor, and Community Activist. And it doesn't stop there! Chanette is currently a student at Truth Bible University, completing her Doctorate Degree for Christian Counseling. On December 16, 2022, God gave the green light for Chanette to officially launch her ministry as Establisher, Founder of The Release Encounter. Helping all who are grieved reach joy and happiness.
